Case Flags is a purpose-built add-on for the Salesforce Service Cloud that helps monitor your organization’s response times with cases, at a glance, via color coded flags. Case Flags allows you to quickly view cases requiring responses to customers.

And you could have it for free!

With all the “chatter” (see what we did there?) surrounding the Social Enterprise and shaping customer service for the social era, Internet Creations is furthering the efforts made by Salesforce to encourage customers to get involved using Facebook, Twitter, and other channels. Establishing these connections within the cloud computing industry is of key importance, and we’re campaigning this effort. Using our blog and Twitter to leverage this contest, and integrating the Facebook “Like” feature, we thought it best to offer a Free product license to one of our followers from within our social networks.

How we’ll pick the winner:
On Wednesday, October 19th at 5:00pm ET we will choose a participant at random. We will notify the winner via email.
