Internet Creations was excited to sponsor the 3rd Annual PhillyForce conference. The turnout was the best yet, with over 200 registrants.
Peter Coffee, VP of Strategic Research at salesforce.com, gave a captivating keynote presentation on what the future of application development looks like on the Salesforce1 Platform.
Other session topics included Gamification, Customer Experience, and Voice of the Customer. Internet Creations’ Chad Meyer provided a fascinating presentation titled Moving from Firefighting to Prevention with Voice of the Customer (VOC).
Chad discussed the drivers behind delivering great customer service, as well as the importance of having a solid strategy in place for collecting feedback, analyzing the data, and continuously improving products, services, and processes. “You don’t have to be a multi-billion dollar company like Salesforce to collect ideas from your customers”, he commented.
Toward the end of the presentation, Chad threw a curveball when he introduced Voice of the Agent. At Internet Creations, many great ideas—such as new product features and ways to cut clicks—bubble up from the entire organization. In fact, all of our customer service AppExchange apps, like Simple Survey for Salesforce, were born out of internal needs!
