NJBIZ Honors the 2015 Best Places to Work in New Jersey!

Best Places to work in NJ Internet Creations is honored to be named one of the best places to work in New Jersey. Established in 2005, the NJBIZ “Best Places to Work” program identifies, recognizes and honors the top places of employment in New Jersey that benefit the state’s workforce and economy.

The top 100 employers in New Jersey were split into two groups: 65 small/medium-sized companies (15-249 employees) and 35 large-sized companies (250+ employees). Internet Creations has been named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey in the small/medium category.

To qualify, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

Have at least 15 employees in New Jersey;
Be a for-profit, not-for-profit or government entity;
Be a publicly or privately held business;
Have a facility in New Jersey;

The evaluation process consisted of two parts. The first was an assessment of each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. This part was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. Part two was an employee survey that measured employee experience, which accounted for approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and their rankings.

The evaluation process was managed by Best Companies Group (BCG), who analyzed the dynamics and survey data of each company.

NJBIZ, program sponsors and partners will honor this year’s 100 Best Places to Work and announce individual rankings during an awards ceremony on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at the Hilton East Brunswick.

The program sponsors are Gibbons PC, Novo Nordisk and Robert Half. The program is in partnership with the Employers Association of New Jersey.
