Introducing Two New Features for Case Flags

We are happy to announce two new features for Case Flags, an add-on for Salesforce that helps you monitor your organization’s response times with cases via color coded flags.

The latest version of Case Flags includes the following new features:

Account-Specific Hours

• Override the default hours specified on an account-by-account basis. This allows priority accounts to receive special attention.
  

Flag Level 4

• A new level of flagging has been added. By default, this flag will be black after 16 hours of no case activity.
