Internet Creations Bounces Through the Insane Inflatable 5K [EVENT RECAP]
With summer coming to a close, members of the Internet Creations team decided to tackle the Insane Inflatable 5K together! For those unfamiliar with this event, the Insane Inflatable 5K features a 3.1 mile (5 kilometer) outdoor course with inflated obstacles to run, climb, and bounce your way through.
From climbing walls to bouncing and getting knocked over in ball pits, it was a great way to let loose and spend time with my colleagues and their families. It also gave us the opportunity to take part in an activity we might not have otherwise considered.
Our event was located at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey. The course took us through the back of Hurricane Harbor and through part of the Wild Safari. While we were running, we were able to see tigers, buffalo, and other wild animals!
Exercise and a proper diet are important for a healthy and happy lifestyle—and establishing outlets for exercise in the workplace can dramatically boost office morale. What could be better than running, sweating, and bouncing in an inflatable jungle gym while bonding with your colleagues?
A great time was had by all! But now, I can definitely say I need a nap!
