We Are Internet Creations! IC Named to NJBIZ 2018 Best Places to Work List
On May 1st, 2018 the Internet Creations team gathered at iPlay America to celebrate their recognition on the NJBIZ Best Places to Work List for the 4th consecutive year. The list results were determined via an employee survey, which measured satisfaction related to various categories including Corporate Culture & Communications, Role Satisfaction, Leadership & Planning, Work Environment, Training & Development, and Pay & Benefits.
So, what makes IC a “Best Place to Work”?
Internet Creations is intentional about cultivating a high-performing work culture via its IC Way Fundamentals program and also provides employees with a collaborative and flexible work environment. IC’s goal is to create an environment where each team member can do what they love and love where they do it!
